Alarm Sounding- 1995 Barchetta 182
I have a 1995 Barchetta with the 4.3 and the last time I had it out, I killed the engine for a while. When I restarted the engine, a continuous alarm sounded. Not the same one that sounds when switching on, before starting. Everything appeared normal. What I did notice, is when the the boat rocked back and forth, the alarm would sound and turn off in conjunction with rocking. I thought it might have something to do with the bilge pump...It finally stopped as we headed in, but I'm concerned as to what the source may be. I will admit, I've never owned a boat until this one. We've had it out several times this summer with no issues at all. Until now. I have no owners manual, and I have no clue as what the problem could be. Any suggestions?
