Fuses

I am looking for the fuse location for my Bilge Pump:
- Left boat on lake mooring without being covered,
- It rained and bilge pump drained battery.
- Jump started boat and bilge worked, however the bilge light stayed on when I turned the bilge off.
- Next trip to boat: I had to jump start again and this time the bilge did not work, however the bilge light was still on.
- I manually drained water, jump started again and now bilge light is off.

My process in fixing is as follows:
1. Check bilge fuse.
2. Replace bilge pump

Please help.

Re: Fuses

I doubt you have a fuse issue. Sounds like a sticking float on your pump. What type of pump do you have integral or external float switch? You may simply need to clear debris that is causing switch to stay on or you may need to replace pump/switch. In any case you will be needing a new battery. They never recover from being deep discharged.
