[Driddell]

Hi All,

First post here and a relatively new Mariah boat owner(4 months).

Unfortunately, I hit something underwater this past weekend and cracked my lower unit. I dont have the original manual and cant find much information on the sterndrive.

It is a 1991 2000z with a V8 5.8 L engine. Can anybody tell me what model outdrive I have? Any good places to look for replacement parts?

Cracked as in the out drive oil is leaking out or cracked as in the skeg (bottom most portion of the outdrive) cracked off.
We need more information about the outdrive to help you. The boat and engine size don't tell you anything about the outdrive. Is it a Mercruiser or Volvo Penta? One propeller or two? Does it say Alpha or Bravo on it?

Cracked as in oil leaking from the top of the cone. It is an OMC Cobra outdrive.
