New to group
 

Hi all, My wife and I are new to this group. We are the owners of a 1994 180 Talari. It was bought in 2009 and used until 2011 when it went into storage. unfortunately the Az Sun and poor care got to it. We are currently in the midst of a MILD rehab project. Boat is running, fluids are good, Interior is shot! We put it in water the other night and started. we found water leaking into the boat from the back of the engine block where it bolts to what appears to be a bell housing for the outdrive. (any ideas?) free plug? gasket leaking? or cracked block? In addition, the trim does not go up, but will go down. fluids seems ok....have not dove into that one yet. and suggestions on that would be helpful

Likely the outdrive bellows are cracked / split due to deterioration and leaking water in to the bilge area.
