My boat is a 1994 Mariah Talari Z200. Got a question about blower motor on defogger and horn and also about the holes under motor cover at back. Thanks.

Hello 250 and welcome to the m.o.c.
Post your blower and horn questions and if you can post a picture of the 2 holes under the motor cover and I'm sure someone will be able to help you with the information you're looking for.

if you are talking on the underside of the engine cover its probably for the power lifts. If it is under the motor cover its probably for the bimini.

It's under the cover were the hinge is. They are on both sides. They are about 4 by 6 inches big.

The location and size of the holes sound like the where the convertible top is stored.

Makes sense. They are all broken up. Any ideas on new ones or away to fix. Water gets all over my trim pump and trim tab pump not to mention the battery.

The holes you refer too are just that, holes that the stainless steel bows of the convertible top are placed into. The bows pass through the holes to the floor allowing the sun pad to close over the canvas portion of the convertible top. The holes were not "cups" or sealed "tubes". Originally the holes probably had something similar to plastic car door edge guards to prevent the fiberglass edge from getting chewed up. If you have a cover to store you could build a small berm out of silicone that would stop rain water from running down the holes.
If you have no top to store and just want to stop water from running in through the holes a cheap easy solution would be a 5" x 7" "cover" made of piece of aluminum or plastic. Put a bead of marine grade sealant or caulk around the holes and push the "cover" onto the sealant. You can then run a bead around the edge. If you ever get a cover to store or need access you can pry the covers off.
