Hi Gary,
Try Magic Erasers from Mr. Clean. Read this thread: click here After the cleaning, make sure to protect the vinyl with either Maguire vinyl products or 303 Protectant. Good luck, WetWilly |

Ok who the hell have you been talking to out here??????????????? :D |
Morning Tony,
The comment did make me smile, Mikey, well done! So after a search on the internet last night, l bought the highly recommended "Magic Erasers" and 3M protector, i have not even seen the interior of the boat in the flesh, but a good clean before the family go out in it will not go a miss. I am going to wait to see how she is on the water before getting the Trim Tabs, we will see how long she takes to get on the plane and how stable she is at various speeds without them. Cheers, Gary |

Hi Gary
Northern Ireland Here I was intrested in your Tabs situation and have been considering them myself but like your Scotish Blood am looking for a Bargain so would be intrested if you do purchase and what is the out come also where did you finaly get them from as i am sure they could supply over to here as well. Thanks good to know there is someone nearer than in the USA or Canada |
Hi Craig,
Thanks for the mail, l pick the boat up next Tuesday and am planning on taking it up to Loch Lomond the same day, as l am new to boating l have no idea how it will pull out of the water, with 135hp, l am hoping it will be pretty good? I will certainly let you know about the tabs if l decide to get them, they are only ninrty pounds delivered, but 90 quid is 90 quid and if they are not needed, then what is the point, the mixed reviews form the other guys have got me thinking. Scroll down my page, the last entry from "Mariah Man" has a link to the other guys who have fitted them to their boats, once in you will find the link to the Tabs, log onto ebay.com (instead of .uk) and you will get access to the USA, l have bought a lot of stuff in the past direct from there as well, the tabs are available there. What kind of boat do you have, my one is the Mariah 182 bowrider, from the pictures it looks almost new, I am really looking forwrad to geting back into the water skiiing. So l will keep you posted if l get the tabs and if you can think of any info that would be ueful to a new speed-boater, then feel free to let me know. All the very best, Gary |
