Default Hello from Michigan!

I guess It's time I introduce myself. I recently purchased a 2001 Z275st and am enjoying the heck out of it. I live in the Saginaw bay area and keep it docked on the Kawkawlin river (if anyone cares to know). My wife and I have been looking for a larger boat, one that we can do some overnights on but we did not want to give up the bow rider. We did not know a boat like this existed. This one popped up on my craigslist search and it turned out to be a good clean boat. Anyways I have some questions but I will post in the appropriate area.

Thanks!
Carl

Nice boat only downside is that it is bottom paint on it so it must have been siting in the salt for a while. this will Corode the engine and the boat. Look it up online there are many guides to buying a boat

Congrats! She looks nice! The Z275ST's are relatively rare, not many were produced! This should be the perfect boat for everything you're looking for!

The bottom paint just needs a touch-up, and it'll look good again! See if you can have a marine specialist look at the bottom and figure out what sort of anti-fouling it is, so you can use the proper paint. You'll need to stick with the same paint as what's on there already. Otherwise if you decide to switch to another anti-fouling paint, you'll need to sand the existing stuff off down to the barrier coat. Lots of work!

The "double bimini" setup is the camper top configuration, and you'll love it. This will make overnighting onboard much more comfortable by expanding your space outside of the cabin!

Feel free to ask any questions, we're all here to help!

Thanks! I already know what it's painted with so I'm good. One of the things we were looking for in a new boat was a camper top. I was delighted to find this came with one.
