Was wondering if I can get some info. I am looking at a used 1996 Mariah 200 Shabah and just trying to find out more info on this boat. Not sure of what the boat was equiped with from the factory if it is a low middle or higher end of the product line. And any info on any specific things to look at. I am heading to the marine dealer this weekend not like here in MN will I be able to run for a while yet. I did attach some of the dealer photos.

Welcome to MOC! There is a lot of info on this site regarding the Mariah brand. Youre going to have to put in a little time and read up on Mariah and the 200 Shabah to get a better understanding. Just going off of 1996 200 Shabah there really is not a whole lot of info I can give you even with the photos but I can tell you Mariah had a slogan "Equipped like no other boat in the world". That particular boat model comes as a 200 Shabah or a Z200 Shabah. The difference being items like docking lights, electronic adjustable seats, some convenience items, etc. The boat in question may not be a "Z" and still have some of the "Z" options like the docking lights.
HERE is a link to some info on buying a used Mariah.

Welcome to the MOC bsr825! That's definitely a pretty boat you've got your eyes on... While you're there looking at it this weekend, write down the hull ID (HIN) from the back starboard corner of the transom. Send me a PM with this number, and I can look it up off the factory build sheets to find out what "official" model it was, and what it's equipped with for verification. Read over the link motoxxx43 posted, it's been put together from years worth of research here on the site, and from other's experiences. It should give you a good idea on the things to look for! Hope this helps! :wink_thumbup:
