Best prop

Anyone know what would be the best prop for 18 foot 1995 Mariah shabah - mercy cruiser 4.3 lx v6 inboard engine.

Like it to plane quickly but more importantantly reduce top end rpm's.

Use for a bit of water skiing and tubing as well
