If it comes down to it you can always go back to brand new drums and backing plates for right around $200 per axle. The most affordable calipers I could find were about $75 each- and that is even if they would bolt up to yours and work. Most likely a new caliper adapter would have to be purchased in order to use the new caliper. OR.... wipe slate clean and get a new disc kit... $260.

This kinda thing happened to me as well. I ended up with right around 1800-2000 into my trailer last winter. New axles, tires, brakes, wiring, and lighting.

New disk kit where at? What does it come with. Is that for both sides?

I don't think that one will work. I think I need a 12 inch. And I need a 6 lug with no studs in rotor.

Hello everyone. Well got some pads for the trailer that will work. Calipers good and rotors just need to be turned. On now for the bad part. Okay last owner must have had trailer actuator surge problems. I noticed they welded it in place so the end of tongue doesn't move and I have no brakes. OK it's made by reliable I know they don't make it anymore. It's made by ufp. OK can u cut the weld slide out actuator and put a new one in? Or do I have to cut the whole tongue off and get a new one welded on?
