Decals and getting rid of ghost decals.

Ok, I don't have an indoor heated place to do what I want, or I would do it myself, over the winter so I'm looking for referrals for body shops that can do this. I want all decals removed, gel coat buffed to get all or as much ghosting off as possible. I live in KC the boat is in Laurie, MO. I can haul so if anybody has a good reasonable place I'm all ears... Thanks in advance!:)

I'd recommend Brandon - 913-416-0700 - He's from the KC area as well.
My boat is down O Road. I had him wax and buff it at the first of the season, came out good. You can text or call him, tell him Dredd sent ya.
