Perfect Tool for changing hard to reach filters

Hi all,

just wanted to share a new tool I bought with all of you doing basic maintenance yourself.

Ever had this issue removing an oil filter / fuel filter on a tight location (my fuel filter is realy located very low in my Mariah SX18, so I don't have the room to put much strenght on it) ? I was so sick of it that I wanted a good tool usable for all kinds of filters. Now it took me 2 minutes to change the filter. Last year it took me 20 minutes of sweating before I could remove it ( at the end had to punch a screw driver through it to get decent grip).

All solved now, I just got this one, the Facom U.48 (see attachment).

Just unlock, pull the steel belt, swing it over you filter, press the lock button and it will tighten automatically the steel belt. After that it's easy removing / tightening a filter.

P.S. And NO, i don't have shares in this company :rolling_laugh:

Hope this helps out others.

Cheers,

Johan
