Default 2350Z swim platform ladder

I just noticed that the nut that holds the ladder to the swim platform must be loose as I can see an inch of threads on the bolt after a ski rope pulled it up. I can't see how to get to the inside of the platform to tighten any thing up. Can any one shed some light on this dilemma?

I just recently removed my ladder to install a swim platform. The ladder on my 220 Talari was attached through the molded in swim platform on the port side w/ 4 bolts (actually threaded stainless rod with nuts and backing plates) I had to remove the port battery and battery box and unbolt the hydraulic pump/unit that raises and lowers the lower unit and slide the hydraulic power unit to the side to be able to access the nuts holding the old ladder on. there is a cavity between the bottom of the swim platform and the hull. Hope this helps and good luck!!!!

I appreciate the input and will look more closley for the access to the ladder. I assumed that the transom was solid and that I couldn't get through it.
