there should be a big red resetable Circuit breaker located on the engine, but that also should be controlling ignition and gauges. If it is blown, I would bet you have a bigger electrical issue. does anything electrical up front work?
I am not too familiar with your setup, but in general, main breakers and fuses are and should be located as close to the battery as possible. There is also a chance that there is a fusable link coming off the starter to the switches, or a breaker mounted somewhere close to the battery.
Have you had any work done to your boat recently? if so what? Maybe something didn't get reconnected?
