No Power to the trim tabs
 

I have a 1997 Z242 Shabah and the trim tabs stopped working. I checked for power at the switches on the dash and did not have any. The in-line fuse aproximately 5" from the swiches under the dash checked out good. Also, checked for power at the pump and did not have any. Anyone have any ideas where my problem may be? I am not sure if there is another form of circuit protection somewhere else that would prevent the switches from receiving power. Any help would be appreciated.
