power steering cooler water draining
 

Just two quick maintenance questions: As a new mariah owner, where is the oil cooler for the power steerign fluid located on a 4.3 vortec, 1996 shabah 180, and how do I drain the water so it doesn't freeze and become damaged? Second, is there any water in the mercruiser alpha one outdriver that I need to drain? If so, how do it drain it?
