Default Windshield wiper motor moves itself around while blade stays still.

So the motor itself is moving around while the wiper stays still. If I hold the motor in place the wiper moves again. It is in a very difficult spot. Any ideas? Check out the video. https://youtu.be/-9qFhF9Ymck

Wow that is different. You checked the connection to see if it loosened up?

It did loosen itself up but, when I shut it off it automatically goes back to were it started. So it started on the top of the windshield And it wiped the whole windshield but when I went to shut off it returns backup on the Top of the I windshield not at the bottom like it's supposed to . I moved it to the bottom and Tightened it. But when I went to turn it on the wife or blade moves from the bottom of the windshield on to the deck of the boat . If I could get it to move the oppposite way by switching some wires around would It work? could I do that by just switching some wires Around? What wires would they be if it's possible? thanks
