Wow Mariah_in_636, sorry to hear your experience with Minicraft was so bad.
You're right about the colors on your hull, our 96 Talari is the two tone as well. Arctic White on the bottom and top with Ivory on the sides. The colors are even listed listed in the 99 brochure. Good luck with taking it to your local glass man and let us know how it turns out. Take care, WetWilly |
Color Match --Gelcoat
Wow!! I just bought some"Ivory" from them--I hope I got the right color. The guy on the phone said " We don't go back to '99. I think the oldest charts they have start in '03.
I'll let you know how it comes out when I do it later this summer. |
Getting back to my earlier post,
I finally snapped a photo of the area I loosely patched w/ the Evercoat repair kit. When I get home tonight I will try and update this post with the photo. I still want to add another layer to raise it up a bit more so its flush, but for now it's holding strong. |
Updating my post. The photo is very vague and it does look a lot worse then what it really is. But it is filled and I havent worked it to remove the white from the green sticker decal. I still need to raise it up to flush and then I would probably just overlay a new green decal to cover it all up again.
