| Donations and Contributions Explained |
In creating a community for Mariah Owners to come together and share information between one another, we the founders felt it necesary to keep as much of the site open to the typical user as possible in order to encourage active participation. In running such a community, some sort of revenue generating system must be in place in order to lower the costs of operation for us founders. As a result, we have created 4 levels of contribution for the user to choose from. Each level has their own perks and the money collected will be kept by the founders for use to upgrade the site throughout its life, pay for server hosting costs, and cover unexpected expenses that may arise. The donation system is designed so that no single or few members are donating a great deal of money relative to the rest of the group. The costs are low so that each user only has to donate a little, but as a group, the donations amass to a large amount that will greatly help with operating the forum.

| Personal Member Gallery |
| In the Gallery, you will notice that there is a section called "Member Galleries." As a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Contributor, you will be able to create your own gallery in this section. It will be give the same name as your username. Not that you are limited to 100 images at less than or equal to 2MB (2048 kb) |
| Custom Category |
| As a Gold or Platinum Contributor you can create unmoderated categories. So say you have images of your boat but it isn't listed in the "Mariah Boats by Year," rather than having to request a category be made and then having to wait, you can go ahead and create it yourself and get your pictures up for the rest of the Mariah Owners Club members to see! |
