Exclamation Boat Fuel Economy

Fuel economy comes up from time to time. Here's a calculator for GPH and MPG (or metric stuff) for various engines:
Looking for a boat ? Check fuel consumption all types of boats !

After a recent debate, I was glad to see that the calculator is on par with my estimations for my boat.

    That is pretty interesting. A great ball park for sure. Makes me appreciate the 4.3 in comparison to the 7.4.

    That's a cool little site! I showed it to my 22yr old who didn't believe me when i said boats suck back more fuel that cars....

    Cool site thanks for the info. We just had this topic on the water this last weekend. But don't tell the wife my toy drinks that much fuel. . Glad the big tank is misleading on the gauge. The ol 8.2gsi has a big appetite
