Is an oxymoron...

Just got off the phone after a very frustrating exchange with a "service and support person" -- I'd like to call it a conversation, but this guy spoke in riddles and I am just so annoyed...

Just wanted to blow off some steam...is it just me? or has anyone else had this same kind of experience...:shakehead:

Things can definately be a "learning experience" with some of the support people!
Been there! They all seem to have their own lingo.
Maybe you ought to call again and ask for a different tech. That has worked for me on many occassions.

+1 ^^^^^ I've found this to be true tons of times. Call back and talk to the guy who likes his job, is knowledgeable and didn't just lose an argument with his wife. :D
