Family day - Feb 18th
 

Sooooo who is stuck working on Monday ...? NOT ME ! heheh.. Being in retail and we have it off.

Not sure about the friends to the south, but up here they newly created a holiday and dubbed it " Family Day". Supposed to spend time with your family or something I think was the plan.

I'm hoping to be out snowboarding @ Blue Mountain or Horseshoe with friends :)


ok well its 6pm .. time to go home... ROFL.

ya know, when they announced the new holiday i thought great! another day off....but my employer, like many others, simply offset it by getting rid of one of our 'floater days'. Now it means i have to take a day off in February rather than when i want to... :(

Well it co-incides with the first day of "reading" week, which is kind of convenient in that we don't have to do a lot of rescheduling to accomodate it, but it gives me a holiday on a day I enjoy going to work, 'cause no-one is around to bother me... ;)

Another long weekend in the summer time would have been better... lol.

Initially I thought my gf would have been working (works for Fortino's), but the other day she saw a huge sing saying they were closed.

I would still like to get out boarding somewhere.
