SCUBA Divers?
Just wondering if anyone out there SCUBA dives. I just got my Open Water Cert. back in September and now i'm in the process of purchasing some gear so i can do some more diving here in Seattle. We have some pretty sweet dive spots and water stays ~50 degrees year-round.
Anyway, post up and let me know. Look forward to chatting! |
Re: SCUBA Divers?
Both my wife & i have been licenced for about 25 yrs now but i haven't done any scuba in the last 10 yrs. :( I'd probably need a refresher course before i considered trying it again.

Re: SCUBA Divers?
I got my NAUI cert about 20 years ago. It's been almost that long since I've been diving though. I have a fantastic marine park near my summer spot, (Fathom Five National marine park) with plenty of cool shipwrecks and the like. The only real drawback is the water temp. Even in summer, the thermocline sits at about 20 feet, anything below that is damn chilly i.e. single digits... :(
I've been diving in the Dominican. Nice and warm down there, and the underwater scenery is incredible. |
