Hi there

I was fortunate to have spent one month in Australia back during the Olympics. At that time our company was subcontracted by Kodak to work at the main media center. We stayed in Cronulla I believe. My fav place was Darling Harbor. Non the less my coworkers and I had a fantastic time with many good memories. At that time there were hugh brush fires going on and also a couple on their honeymoon at the beach in cronulla, the brides hubby was eaten by a shark and was never found, only the board. YUK...the things one remembers.

    Hi Brian,
hopefully you will be able to come back to Oz. My sister lives in Cronulla, not too far from the beach - unfortunately she doesnt own a boat - so I dont see her very often
You probably wouldnt recognise Darling Harbour now, it has been really "tarted" up and all very trendy with tonnes of cafes, bars, shops etc. a really nice place to go. I lived across the harbour from at a place called Neutral Bay, had a view of the Opera House out of my toilet window (if I stood on the seat).
Any time you come back to Oz you make sure you come across to Perth, you are welcome to stay at our place, and I will show the all the sights of Perth and beyond.
We havent had a shark attack in Perth for about a year and a half now, but mind you a big white pointer was caught just the other week ( I think it was about 21ft) so a big fish, I wonder if they cooked it? Shark is actually quite tasty and paybacks are a b*tch.
    Take care.
