Default Swim Platform

Hey everyone, as I noted in an earlier thread I was having a Swim Platform added to my boat this last week. AWESOME I cant believe I waited this long. It is by far the best accessory I have added to my boat. The ease of getting in and out of the water is great and not to say putting on skiis is easy as it gets. The only thing I can complain about is that every one wanted to hang off my Swim Platform and drink my beer!

Great! I also think it's one of (if not THE) best accessory I've added as well. It's amazing how much you realize you'd miss it. I also love the safety factor - I have 5 and 9 year old girls (and sometimes their friends) that jump off the swim platform all day long. Don't have to worry as much about hitting the lower unit. Well, that's most of the reason I justified the cost to my wife!!!

I had to use the dog [11year old lab] getting in and out of the lake easier to justify the cost of a platform , and like you i cant imagine the boat with out it now.

I must throw my 2 cents in also. I've just in the last few days had time to use the boat with my new platform. If anyone is contemplating getting one and wondering if it's worth it, it is very much worth it!! I have 4 kids of my own, ages 13 down to two. And they have friends......you get the idea. The 2 yr. old is a water rat, not scared which is good and bad. Without the platform, I would have been a nervous wreck. With it, I could enjoy and laugh along with everybody else in the cove!
It's like adding a real nice deck to your back yard, everyone will hang out there. Not to mention the tube storage while just boating along.

Yeah, drug two tubes around all day, and they weren't in the way at all. Just put a permanent small loop somehow, somewhere, and they hook easily in the tow hook!!

Stupid question guys, where can I get a swim platform for my Z260? Did you guys buy from your local dealer or from a website. Please psot site if you did. Right now without a platform my toes can't even reach the water. Thanks in advance.
