Operating with trailer tilt up?

Is it O.K. to operate your boat with the outdrive lifted up using the trailer button? At the end of my boating season the water drops to a level of about 2 feet in some areas of the channel that accesses the lake. Fortunately the bottom is all sand in the area but I obviously don't want my drive dragging bottom. Any advise is welcomed.

Hi Billyclub,

Funny you should ask... we talked about this very thing a little over a year ago. Click here and scroll down to post #7 then read on. :wink_thumbup:

I read the post and will use extreme care when using this type of operation. Thanks
