Default Listing to Port

When we are cruising along sometimes 20kts - 40 kts the boat seems to be leaning to port. Is this because I have set the trim wrong? or is there something wrong somewhere else?
I have been checking out the Smart Tabs on lots of sites, can anyone suggest one for my SX18 with 4.3 V6 190hp and Vensura 4 blade ss prop?
Will it fix my leaning to Port problem?
I dont know if they sell these Smart Tabs in Australia yet, so if I get a set I want to make sure I get the right ones straight up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Tony

    hi Tony

The new Smart Tabs SX version should work for your boat. I have a set with the #60 actuators and they eliminated a number of problems (including a slight list to port). Ignore their sizing charts though as it indicates using #80 actuators for 190hp boats. Nauticus has acknowledged the sizing charts are 'optimistic'. The #60's should work fine for your boat.

What they wont cure though is poorly stored weight within the boat. Make sure your 'accessories' load is well balanced.

I believe you would benefit from the addition of the smart tabs. From what I've read, they seem to be a miracle cure for a lot of situations, including list. I would definitely drop a line to John at Nauticus (manufacturer of Smart Tabs) and see what he would have to say. He seems to stand behind his product and is always willing to help out his customers. I'm sure he'd be willing to sell you a set. And if they don't do overseas shipping, let me know and I'll see what I can do to help you out.

Thanks very very much guys, you are really helpful. I have had a look around on the net for these things in Australia and there may be a place over east that I can get them from. If not there is always EBay!!
Thank-you so much for the offer of helping me out Shabah, that is very generous to offer your help, I appreciate it.
I surfed heaps of different sites regarding these (other boat manufacturers forums) and almost everyone agrees that these things are the bees knees.
When I have mine installed I will post some pics and give my assessment on them. The water conditions here can be a bit rough (2 meter sea/swell) sometimes, so will be interesting to see how the boat handles with them on.
    Thanks again for your help.
    Tony
