Hi, looking to buy a 2010 G270, anyone had issues with the Faria hour meter giving wrong hours?

How would you know if it is giving 'wrong hours' ?? It could have been replaced / disconnected etc.....

the meter reads 40212.1 which I highly doubt is accurate on a 2010 boat.

Hour meters are like any other gauge on a boat. They fail occasionally and need to be replaced. Lots of hour meters available on eBay / Amazaon / Great Lakes Skipper etc.

You can also try contacting Faria as i believe they have a 'lifetime warranty'.

As far as i know, Sea Fox never produced one. Try joining the Facebook Mariah owners group and asking there. There are probably more active Sea-Fox owners there than here.
