1995 Mariah Shabah 202 Shabah
 

Hello Everyone,

Looks like a good group of people in this club...

I am shopping for a used boat and had my search narrowed down to a 2003 Regal Sports Boat 2000 Cruiser and a 2005 Bayliner 215 Classic. However, I ran across a 1995 Mariah Shabah 202 Shabah, with a 4.3 Merc, 265 hours. With the exception of one seat, it is good condition. I'm wondering if anybody has an opinion on a purchase of this. Any advise you can provide as to what to look for/ask about would be appreciated.

Asking price is $5900.

Hi Dave, first bit of advice I (and any Mariah owner) will have is to remove the Bayliner from the equation. :) There's no comparison whatsoever; Regal and Mariah have a lot better build quality. Mariah's were built to last using components and construction methods well above the standard of the industry.
