I have a 1993 18' diablo with a 4.0. The power steering pump is leaking from the rear mounting bolt. Does anyone know if that is possible.

Sounds like case is cracked at the mount.
Check the lines good , they can be deceiving.

I pulled the pump and the fluid is coming from the rear mounting bolt. There seams to be a gasket at the top tread of the pump. Can that gasket be replaced without replacing the pump?

Part # for the stud is Quicksilver #16-41877.
I can not find any info anywhere that there is a seal or gasket. But , you might try using a copper gasket for a 10mm bolt and see if that will stop the leak.
I did read that there is a seat of sort that the stud sits in. Could the stud maybe be loose?
Just a few thoughts to ponder.

I took the pump to a dealer and they did not know. I am going to use RTV and a copper crush gasket and hope that works. The bolt threads were almost striped as well.
