Default 1995 Mariah Shabah 212 $$$$

Looking at one in Minnesota - has 350 and guestimated 400 hours on it. Looks pretty clean from pics. Looking for 1st boat for family of four+ friends. They're asking $9,000 for it (and tandem trailer) - I may be in Winter mode yet, but, I'm thinking $7-7,500 range. Any input greatly appreciated!!!!!

But spring is coming sooner or later and it will get harder to negotiate your price! I'm thinking $7500- $8k w/out seeing the boat. Best of luck!!

This might give you a frame of reference. I purchased a 1996 Shabah 200 here in Ohio last year for what I thought was a good deal. Trailer and all was $5,200. Mine has the 5.7 in it and came with bimini top and a nice cover. Hope this helps.

Wow, that is a score. I'd say our OP will be hard pressed to get such a deal...

Dont know if you got it yet but, I paid 13,000 for a 2000 212 black with bone int. limited edition with 195 Hrs on it. Mines a 5.7 Fuel injected unibelt engine. 13,000 was the asking price of the one I bought. he had others wanting to buy if I didnt. But I wanted that boat, so I paid the full asking price.9000 seams a little high but??? if its in good shape runs well...Im gusseing yours may be carb? Make sure it starts cold, The only thing mine was doing at WOT, and it freaked me out, my oil press would drop almost to 0, reading blogs found out I had to add about an extra quart of oil to Keep enough in the pan, that fixed it .Also good test is to put the boat in a plane and do a sharp turn, see if it shakes. Might be out drive issues.lots of other things you can do, did you end up getting it?
