Unfortunately this is likely to be a pretty tough thing to find, as I believe they may have been custom made at the factory.
Why do you need it, is yours damaged? Or completely missing? Repairing may be your best option if it's just damaged. Or, you may have to have one custom made from a plastic fabricator, which could be quite an expensive option...
