Default Odd wiring issue...

Ive got a little wiring issue with my Nav/anchor light on the stern of my boat. When I first turn the battery ON this light works fine but once I turn on the courtesy lights the white light on the stern turns off and won't come back on till the battery is turned off and then on... Again, if the courtesy light has been used the stern light will not work. I can't figure out what is going on here...
It just started out of the blue. I have not done anything to those wires since I've owned it and it worked fine two weeks ago.
All fuses look good.

Gotta be a grounding issue I would think Chad.
Can you chase the wiring and look for butt connectors in the line?
I have had them cause some weird things before when they are corroded.

I am going to give it another go later today. Maybe I'm missing something. All the wires have power with the LED tester. I'm going to check with the LED after the courtesy lights are on. And the connectors are new looking. I'd hate to have to get into the dash to poke around
