Default Bringing Her Back To Life

I just thought that I would attempt to post a couple of pictures of my Mariah Talari 201. I purchased her a while back and have been working, to "Bring Her Back To Life", ever since. The quality of these boats is outstanding. I can hardly believe that as bad as she looked when I bought her, she almost looks new, now. Well, the outside does. I still have to have the interior work done this winter. Anyhow, here are a couple of before and after pictures.

Would be interested in what you did and used, as "theeasynine" said.

I used 3M Super Duty Rubbing Compound and an orbital buffer with a white pad, to get the oxidation off. On the transom, port side, there were a lot of scratches from a waverunner being tied to the transom tiedown. I had to color sand that area and started with 600 grit and the went to 1000 grit, then 1200 grit. I finished everything with Presta Chroma Ultra Polish and an orbital buffer with a yellow pad. The after picture that I posted was before I waxed it. When I waxed it, I used Maquire's Flagship Premium Pure Wax. It really popped, once that was put on. I applied that by hand. I can hardly wait to get the interior done. I just hope that I have chosen the right upholstery company. Thanks for asking. Tom

What a job. That boat will steal your heart. You will find yourself talking to her.
