Where is the relay switch and fuse box ?

Hi we need help :(. We have a 1997 Mariah 27 Z276MCC boat and 1/2 the lights are working. Bought a brand horn and it’s got 8 volts running through it but still not working. Where is the fuse box and the relay switch .... please ?!?!?

There are no relays. The power for the lights and horn come from a circuit breaker panel located near your right knee when standing at the helm. Four screws release the panel from the helm and then there is a mess of wires attached to it. You may have some corrosion on the connections that needs cleaning. There is also a fuse panel in the most forward locker in the mid cabin berth. THey are automotive style blade fuses. Try removing and reinserting each fuse a few times to clean off any corrosion. Lastly, for the horn, pull the switch from the helm panel and try jumping across the terminal of the switch to activate the horn. The horn switch takes a beating and may need to be replaced if your jumper trick works.
