Default Garboard Drain Replacement

Drain plug frozen and completely stripped. When replacing the garboard drain assembly can the old screw holes be reused by applying some 4200 in each hole before installing or should the new plate be rotated and new screw holes drilled?
Thanks in advance!

I would probably rotate the plate and drill new holes. I'd also fill all of the holes with 4200.

Do you know which version of Garboard would work on my setup?

The new Garboard I just received is for a 1” bore. My boats bore is 1.33”. Is this to much play or will the 3M 4200 seal everything up?

A very generous amount of 4200 or 5200 might seal it up but... i would prefer to see a 1.25" garbord in there.
