Steering cable and multi function LED display
 

Hope for some help.
Steering cable on 1995 Z240 Talari with 7.4 and P/S is stiff. Before tackling this mid-season hoping for insight about whether cable jacket is secured to the hull insides to the point where some inside liner dis-assembly is required? Also, does anyone know with certainty the exact length of required replacement cable so I may have new one on hand as I'm pulling old one?

Also, my computer dash display needs repair. Its the 3 1/2" x 1 1/4" display at the top center of the dash. Any leads on who might be bale to repair this?
