Another dumb question

I'm blind as a bat without my contacts. What does everyone do when tubing? I'm afraid if I get water splashed in them they will just fall out. I don't feel comfortable not wearing something so I can see either. I guess LASIK isn't that expensive anymore lol.

I hadn't thought of that option. My wife wears glasses but takes them off when she gets in the water. She's not as blind as me either though.

Swim goggles are no good. When you wipe out and plant your face in the water, they create incredible suction on your eyes! And they give you tunnel vision.

I've worn soft contacts for the last 30 years. Never once lost any while swimming, skiing, or tubing. You just learn pretty quickly to close your eyes when going down.
