Freezing concerns @ 31 deg early morning

I just bought my first boat last Saturday. Its a 1994 Z190 Talari with 4.3 Mercruiser. We lake tested the boat so its no longer winterized and we are keeping it outside while we are cleaning it top to bottom. The weather forecast show a couple overnight lows of 31-32 lows this week. Should I even worry about this , put a oil filled space heater under the cover or pull it inside my attached garage? I would have to move a bunch of stuff in the garage but its doable.
Thank you.

Great question. I am a novice but would guess that you really need to keep the engine area above freezing

I just put it in the garage to be safe plus its supposed to rain 4 out of the next 5 day, that would put a damper on getting things done. Thanks for the response.

Good call. Better to be safe than sorry.

Did you drain the block and water hoses? 31 probably ok if you drain the water.

If its parked inside it should be fine. Never had water freeze on a 31 degree low. But the weatherman could be wrong ;)
