Re: Aerial wakeboard tower
Yes it was a little difficult only because I am very anal and there is alot of adjustments but the tower is very sturdy and am very happy with it. My only addvice to you is to take your time and measure before you tighten every thing up and put only one piece on at a time with two people. you will love the finished product.

Re: Aerial wakeboard tower
That looks great, I have a 1999 Z202 Shebah. Do you know if your tower would work on my boat and would I be able to raise the bimini?

Re: Aerial wakeboard tower
That's allright I will get with them but I appreciate the offer. I have been researching them quite a bit and I really like the style of yours but I am concerned about there only being 1 bolt holding each arm down. I have seen others that have 2 bolts per bracket. I do want to get one but don't want to mess up the boat. Thanks for responding and again your boat looks great. I am also thinking about addind graphics. More research...Have a Great week and be safe out there.:wink_thumbup:

Re: Aerial wakeboard tower
Have you had any problems with your tower shaking in choppy water? I have the same tower and can not figure out how to stop it. I spoke with the tech at Aerial after I sent him some pictures and he thought everything looked correct????? I used plywood for a backing on mine similar in size to your plastic board backing plates. Thanks

Re: Aerial wakeboard tower
The tower looks awesome! I'm a little biased though. It's the same tower I put on our 97 Talari 209. Also thanks for the better backing ideas. Sad to see the season end!

Re: Aerial wakeboard tower
The tower does fold down with just a little effort but I have never folded it down as my boat sits outside and under a cover so I havent a need to fold it down
