Who wuda thunk ????
 

I live in the Portland area (Tualatin to be exact). We often boat on the upper-upper Willamette river (above the Oregon City Falls and above the Boones Ferry Bridge). First I have only seen a couple of Mariah's period in and around the Portland area. One belongs to a friend, two others moored on the Columbia River.

So tonite, we are out with friends enjoying these last few days of summer with the kids. I return to the dock to let our friends off the dock and I see waiting to hit the ramp, another Mariah. He was just about to load on the the trailer and didnt get a chance to converse more then 10 words (dang it).

Didnt even get to ask if he was a member here.

I bet at least two of those 10 words were" Nice Boat"!

Happened to us this year too, I was actually anchored up swimming in front of a cabin of a site member, and before he could come say hi, I buzzed off to tow tubers, but he said hi on the site. I never knew his Mariah was docked right there.
