Replacing rollers on EZLoader trailer

Guys,
The rollers on my trailer dont seem to be rolling anymore. It is a real pain to winch the boat back on the trailer. So I was wondering if anyone has replaced the rollers on their trailers? And if so, where did you get the parts from and what was the process?

Update: The rollers are rolling fine. I was apparently not dunking the trailer deep enough in the water.
