Default Trailer tongue jack repair

I need to replace the miter gears in the top of my trailer jack.

My trailer is probably the original one that came with my boat, but there are no markings left on it anywhere. It is custom fitted to the boat with fixed/welded bunk supports. Neither are there any markings on the jack. The jack is welded to the trailer and cannot be removed except by cutting, so I wonder if it is the original jack. The gears inside the jack are in need of repair (worn teeth and slipping in places). I would rather replace the worn gears and avoid having to cut off the old jack and weld (or bolt) on a new one. If we assume it is the original jack, has anyone located a suitable repair kit that includes the two gears and two bearings? There are several kits available online that look like the right ones, but I can't tell about the dimensions. All I can say for sure is that each gear has 12 teeth, the handle gear has a "D" shaped shaft hole, and that the upper cylinder measures 1 13/16" inside diameter.

Thanks

I just had to do this last weekend. You can buy a new one to replace it. There is no need to cut off the old and weld on a new one. They are held on by a big snap-ring, which makes them easy to get off. If you are interested I can get you the make/model of the replacement one I got.

Thanks, a member on another forum pointed that out to me. But it doesn't matter now. I just received this kit and it is an exact match for my parts:
