I use to have the same problem in my Mariah 25SC 2008-mod, but not anymore. First thing i did was to drill a hole to drain the bowcompartment with a thru hull fitting, but there was still water in the boat. not seawater. and after some seraching i fint out that the water was entering thru the vent-hose to the enginecopmartment. when it rains the water runs in thru the grid and thru the hose. The solution was to remove the and turn them upside down, now the hose are connected at the top insted of the bottom. I hope this can help others who have the same problem.
