need cover for new toy

:wink_thumbup:new Mariah on order sx18, hope to pick it up Mid January, can't wait. Looking for good all over trailrable cover to suit Sydney weather. Preffered colour yellow to suit boat. Any feedback appreciated.

Gidday Shilo, iBoats.com in USA sell good covers.
I am unsure of really good boat cover companies here in Oz. I hear most people have to get their boat covers custom made and this can be expensive. So for a travel cover at $465 thats not bad. I paid $800 for my custom bimini.
I have bought several items from the states and delivery is always quick and reasonably priced.
Here is a link to the site if you are interested.
Dont know if Yellow can be accomodated but just email them and ask.
With the Ozy dollar being quite strong at the moment, the prices are not bad.

Hi shilo,

Here is a company in the US (boatCoversdirect.com) that makes covers for Mariahs and they have a material in yellow. They even have your model listed and they ship international.

Here's their number 1-866-626-8377

Here's their link:

Hi mikkibtune, wait till the off season for the best prices and see your local canvas shop. All covers were made in-house, they're no longer available. :(

Hi Dont know if I'm to late for you Shilo or to far away(Scotland)I have a 2004 SX18 with yellow decals and I got a full set of covers made last year at a cost of £1300(UK) That got me the Taunau cover Bow Cover and a full cockpit cover and sides including all the frame work and poles for the Taunau and bow cover, The company used my boat to make the template I dont know if the SX18 has changed much since 2004 untill now. They do have yellow material but I got Silver Grey to match with the backgroung colour of the decals and it looks FAB.Try www.lomond-covers.co.uk I'm sure they could mail it out to you.Or I could pick it up and mail it to you.

You are a star sir. You have exactly the same boat as me and i have been searching high and low to find the covers you have.
My boat is moored on Loch Fyne so Lomond is a short drive up the road.
Cheers

ps could you send me some pics if at all possible.

Hi Buddyboy, all the pictures I have of my boat are of when I am out playing and she has no coves on, I will get a few of her with them on and get them posted,Lomond Covers are at Balloch so not to far from you. They made mine at the begining of last year and used my boat as the template so there should be no need to take your boat down to them. I will get the pictures ASAP(as soon as the rain stops)
