Need help. BEEP BEEP every 60 Seconds!

Hi @ all!

Today i took a trip with my 23SC about 8 hour.
Then it comes every 60 seconds a double beep!!!

What could this be?
All is working good?

Thx

A double beep once every minute means there is an issue with a sensor or the wiring to a sensor on your engine. You may not notice any issue as the ECU may still make up to 90% of the available power...depending on the sensor. You need to take your boat to a mechanic who can hook it up to a computer, read the system and find the faulty sensor/circuit.

Do as above. But in the meantime, you can look for loose connectors or broken wires on the engine sensors. If you really want to know yourself for in the future, you can buy a Codemate tester (about $100) or make your own, since they are fairly easy to make. That will tell you which sensor is at fault.

Where can i get the Codemaster tester or is there any instruction how to build?
Thanks for all help!

Sorry, after finding your profile and the year of the boat (2006), I don't think a Codemate will work for your ECU. If you can get the part number of the ECU and the serial number of the engine, we might be able to find a scanner that will work. But most will be $350 or more.

I was getting the double beep every 60 seconds this year. I could not find any loose wires. So I was thinking a real sensor failure. I recalled at the beginning of the season the engine would run rough at times. I replaced the water / fuel separator filter and have not had the problem since (about 200 gallons of gas ago). I did not and still am not 100% convinced that the filter was my issue but I figured changing the filter was cheaper than buying a code reader or taking it in for service. I attached a link to the codes.
