Jeez....i haven't seen this question asked for at least a couple of days now....  I'm going to have to create a standard answer so that i can cut & paste it......
Your only options for a 1994 is a used one somewhere (check our marketplace, eBay, Craigslist etc) from a boat someone is parting out, having one custom made ($$$$) from a company like Marine Glass Specialties or having one made out of acrylic from a plastics manufacturer. The original supplier was Taylor Made but....they have none of the molds left prior to 1997 and only a few of them from '97 - 2002.
