I have a 2000 238 Sabah, would like some advice on a mooring cover, or if anyone has one for sale

We broke down and had a canvas shop make the mooring covers for our boat. Was spendy, at about $800, by the time all was said and done, but they sure are nice .

The canvas guy in question was neither the low bidder, nor the high. The quotes, I got four or five of them, ranged from around $600 to around $1000, IIRC.

Thanks, I got one bid from a local cover shop at the marinia and he wanted $1800 for a whole boat mooring cover. I need to get some other bids. I just didn't want to pull the boat out and trailer it to some other shops right now.

Ours is in two parts: One part covers just the bow and the other from the bottom of the windshield to over the sun deck. The side windows are covered, too.

You should be able to get some approximate bids by just calling places, telling them what size & type boat you have, and what you want.

I will give that a try. I am having the guy make me a cockpit cover, but since I am now leaving it moored all summer at the lake it will be out in the sun everyday. Thought a whole cover would be better. Thanks for the suggestions.
