We have a 5.7 alpha drive, 2 barrel and are looking for the "right prop". Currently there is a 19" stainless which needs to be replaced. It seems great for skiing but we are looking for fuel economy without losing too much bottom end. Suggestions?

Unfortunately there is no "right prop", only props that work best in specific applications. If you want just a little better prop for cruising & yet retain some of that low end grunt then i would suggest a 20" - 4 blade prop. The Michigan Wheel "Apollo" works quite well in that application.
