ok i put on the ss prop and it is soo much better. 3x as fast out of the hole but still only does 49 mph tops and seems to be overreving with 2 people on the boat it revs 5100 rpm. now i want it to be at 4900 right? the prop is a marage that has the air holes in the base of it now the holes are aprox. half pluged off. if i put solid plugs in would that lower the rpm's by 200?
